1. In order to watch Blu-ray movies on Mac, you need to be connected the Internet so that the software can decode the copy-protection used on the discs.

2. A Mac computer is not equipped with Blu-ray Disc drive, and you have to hook up an External Blu-ray Disc Drive for Mac

3. It is not really a very good idea to play Blu-ray Disc on Mac, as you won’t get 1080p view experience or HD audio effects on a Mac computer. A much better way is ripping Blu-ray contents to Mac HDD with 5.1 soundand setting up a Mac Mini Media Center with HDTV and surround sound system to fully enjoy Blu-ray 1080p video and 5.1 audio.
